Subscription
How do I subscribe? Open the app → Settings → Upgrade. Subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchase.
How do I cancel? Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Astrosimple → Cancel Subscription. If you cancel, you keep Premium until the end of the current billing period.
How do I get a refund? Refunds are issued by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Astrosimple charge, and request a refund. We have no ability to issue refunds directly.
I bought Premium but the app still shows free. Open Settings → tap "Restore Purchases". This re-syncs your entitlement from Apple. If it still doesn't update, sign out and back in, or contact support.
AI consent
What does "Allow AI" mean? When you grant AI consent, computed astrological positions and your question text are sent to Google (Gemini) and OpenAI (GPT) to generate interpretations. Raw birth date, time, coordinates, email, and user IDs are never sent to AI providers.
How do I revoke AI consent? Open Settings → Privacy → toggle "Allow AI" off. AI features (chat, AI-generated interpretations) will be disabled and no further data is sent to AI providers.
Account
How do I delete my account? Open Settings → scroll to the bottom → "Delete account". This permanently removes your account, all stored persons, and your operational counters. The action is irreversible.
Will deleting my account cancel my subscription? No. Subscriptions are managed by Apple and must be cancelled separately in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions before deleting your account. Otherwise you will continue to be billed.
Limits
Free tier: one self-profile, limited weekly chat messages, and one preview each of Forecast and Portrait.
Premium: additional people, full Forecast and Portrait, full Compatibility, higher chat limits.

Как отменить? Подписки управляются Apple. Откройте iOS Настройки → имя вверху → Подписки → Astrosimple → Отменить. После отмены Premium остаётся активным до конца оплаченного периода.
Как получить возврат? Возвраты оформляет Apple, не мы. Зайдите на reportaproblem.apple.com, войдите с Apple ID, найдите платёж за Astrosimple и запросите возврат. Мы не можем оформлять возвраты напрямую.
Купил Premium, но приложение показывает free. Откройте Настройки → «Восстановить покупки». Это синхронизирует подписку с Apple. Если не помогает — выйдите и войдите снова или напишите в поддержку.
Согласие на AI
Что значит «Allow AI»? При включенном согласии вычисленные астрологические позиции и текст вашего вопроса отправляются Google (Gemini) и OpenAI (GPT) для генерации интерпретаций. Дата, время и координаты рождения, email и идентификаторы пользователя не отправляются AI-провайдерам.
Как отозвать согласие? Откройте Настройки → Приватность → выключите «Allow AI». AI-функции (чат, AI-интерпретации) отключатся, никакие данные больше не отправляются AI-провайдерам.
Аккаунт
Как удалить аккаунт? Откройте Настройки → вниз → «Удалить аккаунт». Это безвозвратно удалит аккаунт, всех добавленных людей и операционные счётчики.
Удаление аккаунта отменит подписку? Нет. Подписки управляются Apple и отменяются отдельно в iOS Настройки → Apple ID → Подписки до удаления аккаунта. Иначе оплата продолжится.
Лимиты
Бесплатный план: один self-профиль, ограниченное число сообщений в чате в неделю, по одному preview Forecast и Portrait.
Premium: дополнительные люди, полный Forecast и Portrait, полный Compatibility, расширенные лимиты чата.
